I can't thank the whole team at Espresso Breakdown enough for helping me with my coffee machine dramas. 

Not having a service technician in Toowoomba I was happy to drive the 2 hours for their expert advice.

After struggling to regularly make a great coffee in my machine for the last year (despite watching many Youtube clips and gathering advice from friends), I was feeling like a barista failure and was at my wit's end!  The team identified issues involving a part that needed replacing and then took on the challenge of changing the grind and timing settings ... something I just couldn't nail at home with my inexperience.  They also went to the nth degree to do all of this on the same day, which is not always possible, so I could take it back home to Toowoomba the same day.
